About TNTJ Customs
TNTJ Customs is a family-owned business serving the Southern California firearms and shooting community. Our business was established in April 2013, when our friend and owner of HP Customs and Coatings decided to pursue new opportunities outside of California. Having spent time helping at the business, my family and I decided to start TNTJ Customs and continue what Hal had started. We got all our necessary licenses (01 FFL, CEFFL) trained at and became certified by Cerakote, and TNTJ Customs was born.
What Does TNTJ​ Stand for?
TNTJ stands for two of the most important things in our lives. Our kids, Taylor Nicole and Tyler James, always help remind us what's important.

Gunsmithing
The business initially started with coating firearms and doing minor repairs. Over time and after armorer's courses from Glock and others, we began to offer basic gunsmithing services. We have also developed good relations with vendors we trust to do bluing, hard chrome, cutting slides for sights, and a variety of specialty work. If we can't do it, we'll do our best to point you to someone who can and can be trusted with your firearm.
